Within us and in different geographical locations on this earth, we are sometimes given the gift of discovering ‘sacred’ places that give us an absolute sense of grounding, deep security, reverence and acceptance. On several occasions I have had the opportunity to be in the most beautiful and strangely magical energetic places on this earth that have fulfilled and inspired my soul. A couple of years ago, however, after many years abroad and searching for a place I could truly call home, I found the place I had longed for. This is where I start from today: in the Småland countryside surrounded by welcoming forests, an indescribable tranquillity and fertile farmland that is carefully tended by the local farming family. Here I can listen inward and embrace life as in no other place before. And because I am a person who wants to share the beautiful with my heart as much as guide through the tough, I decided to make it possible to share this place with others, such as you, by also creating a peaceful place and studio here. So here, outside the small glassworks village of Skruv, is the opportunity for you to experience conscious moments of presence, yoga, coaching, forest meditation, workshops or perhaps a customised event for your colleagues or loved ones. The energy here permeates everything I do, so if you prefer to meet online or in the office instead, we can arrange that too. Either way, you’re very welcome – I’m so glad you’ve found your way here and look forward to being connected.
